Project Controller / PMO

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Controller / PMO professional to support an EPC Project Cost Control Transformation initiative.
The role will focus on project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, project controls, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, governance reporting, and project execution support.

• WBS creation and maintenance
• Project controls and cost tracking
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Governance reporting
• Risk and issue management
• Requirements documentation
• Project rollout and implementation support

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, Project Controller, Scheduling, or Planning
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, and reporting
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Industry experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Energy, Utilities,
• Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sectors

Preferred

• Project Controls / Cost Control experience
• Primavera P6
• SAP exposure
• EPC Cost Control projects
• Digital Transformation projects

Language

•  Native or near-native Japanese
• Business English
• Ability to prepare project documentation in Japanese
