■Position Summary Job Description
The Filling and Assembly （F A） Senior Engineering Manager is the single point of accountability for all Filling Assembly （F A） and AGV related scope within the Site Engineering function. This role is responsible for delivering projects successfully across scope cost schedule quality safety and data integrity while enabling operational excellence and future capacity readiness. The position requires strong technical leadership cross functional collaboration and ownership of site master planning.

■Key Responsibilities
1. Project Technical Leadership
・Ensure all F A and AGV related scope delivers intended project outcomes
・Lead end to end project execution for new packing lines （design → installation → validation → startup）
・Ensure technical correctness integration and best value solutions
・Support operations with smart engineering solutions to improve efficiency
・Drive continuous improvement and troubleshooting for highly Automated Packing lines

2. Strategy Capability Building
・Develop and track Site F A Technical Master Plan （5 year horizon）
・Build in house capability and develop low cost local vendors for change parts
・Support new initiatives through business case technical study and risk assessment

3. Team Leadership Development
・Enable team members to deliver results through coaching guidance and barrier removal
・Provide Data Integrity coaching and ensure full compliance
・Foster a culture of ownership accountability and performance

4. Cross Functional Vendor Collaboration
・Work collaboratively with Operations R D CVE Planning QA M R Global Engineering
・Manage scope with OEM vendors and system integrators
・Ensure alignment with standards and operating strategy
・Integrate F A scope with Warehouse Compounding and Utilities

5. Scope Management
・Manage scope and deliver intent as defined in the Project Charter
・Lead action plans track follow ups and drive decisions
・Conduct technical reviews to ensure alignment and correctness
・Ensure integration across all project workstreams

6. Cost Management
・Manage F A Capex within area of responsibility
・Work with cost engineering to implement cost breakdown and tracking systems
・Ensure accurate monthly cost forecasting and reporting
・Challenge vendor proposals and drive cost optimization
・Ensure effective change management for scope/cost/schedule impacts

7. Schedule Management
・Ensure on time delivery of all F A scope
・Take corrective actions proactively to meet schedule commitments

8. Quality Compliance Data Integrity
・Ensure 100% GMP and Data Integrity compliance
・Lead and support equipment validation （IQ/OQ/PQ）
・Maintain high standards of safety quality and compliance

9. Communication Governance
・Ensure effective communication across teams stakeholders and vendors
・Follow established systems for cost schedule scope safety and quality management
・Lead reviews with operations and technical peers

Minimum Job Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering （Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical engineering is preferred）
・Minimum 10+ years of experience in Packing Engineering （Filling Assembly） within FMCG Cosmetics or Pharma industries
・Proven experience in design construction commissioning and validation of packaging equipment in a GMP environment
・Experience in greenfield and/or brownfield plant startup projects is highly desirable
・Proven experience in design installation commissioning and startup of Filling and Assembly packaging lines （Filler Capper Labeler Cartoner Overwrapper Casepacker Palletizer）
・Strong team management experience including internal teams and consultants
・Hands on expertise in advanced troubleshooting of high speed automated packing lines
・Strong knowledge of GMP Data Integrity and validation processes
・Experience working with global vendors and matrix organizations
・Industry experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Pharma preferred
・Strong budget schedule and project management skills
