FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our FP&A team and play a key role in supporting business growth through financial planning, performance analysis, and management reporting.

This is an opportunity for someone with a background in accounting, management accounting, or financial planning to move into a broader commercial finance role with direct exposure to business leaders and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, translating financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for assigned business areas.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget-versus-actual analysis and performance reports.
• Partner with business units to understand financial performance, investigate variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reporting for senior leadership.
• Support management with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business planning.
• Improve and standardize budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial management processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing processes and reporting tools.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of FP&A / financial management systems.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other business teams.
• Contribute to strategic projects and decision-making initiatives as required.
• Depending on experience and scope, support financial planning and performance management for international operations or global projects.

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Corporate accounting
  • Management accounting
  • FP&A / financial planning and analysis
  • Budget management or financial management for a business unit
  • Accounting, audit, or financial advisory services
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial information and communicate findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and improving processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Experience preparing or presenting budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Experience working closely with business leaders or senior management.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, or ERP / FP&A systems.
• Experience supporting international or multi-entity operations.
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent accounting knowledge.
• Business-level English or experience working in an international environment.
