■ 業務内容
大手外資系自動車メーカーのITインフラ運用・保守業務を担当していただきます。

• ネットワーク／サーバー／ストレージ等の運用・保守
• ITインフラの障害対応・トラブルシューティング
• Ciscoネットワーク機器、Wi-Fi、IP、VLAN、DNS等の運用
• サーバー／ミドルウェアの運用、パッチ・脆弱性対応
• IT機器・資産・ラック・ケーブル等の管理
• サーバー／ネットワーク機器の設置・交換・撤去等のSmart Hands対応
• 社内ITチームおよび外部ベンダーとの調整
• インシデント／サービスリクエスト対応
• 運用ドキュメント・月次レポートの作成

09:00～19:00
※必要に応じて時間外・休日のオンコール対応あり

■ Job Description
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support IT infrastructure operations and maintenance for a major global automotive company.

• Operation and maintenance of networks, servers, storage and other IT infrastructure
• Incident handling and troubleshooting
• Administration of Cisco network devices, Wi-Fi, IP, VLAN and DNS
• Server and middleware operations, including patch and vulnerability management
• IT asset, rack and cabling management
• Smart Hands support, including hardware installation, replacement and removal
• Coordination with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
• Incident and service request management
• Preparation and maintenance of operational documentation and monthly reports

  09:00–19:00
  *On-call support during evenings, nights or holidays may be required when necessary.
