PR/096222 | Production Engineering (Mold Making)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in using Mastercam for CNC milling programming, including 3-axis and 5-axis machining applications.

• Machine operation: Operate machines according to established processes and ensure stable production operations.

• Work planning and management: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.

• On-site inventory management: Manage on-site inventory, including parts, finished products, and tools.

• Operation instructions: Prepare work instructions and procedures for machine operation and maintenance activities.

• Equipment maintenance: Perform regular equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair according to planned schedules.

• Support other departments: Provide support for JIG machining and repair of mold components for other departments.

• Other duties: Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.

• At least 1 year of experience in Mastercam programming for CNC machining.

• Ability to communicate in conversational Japanese or intermediate-level English.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional environment.
