募集要項
Monitors and advises on plant safety regarding working conditions and practices with respect to safe operations and the control of designated substances.
Conducts safety orientation and training as outlined under the applicable Acts and presents safety orientation to new employees.
Maintains all environmental regulations and laws applicable under the Karnataka Act.
Monitors the fire hydrant system and fire extinguishers, carries out weekly/monthly inspections, and ensures all check sheets are properly maintained.
Conducts 4S and safety audits on the shop floor along with top management.
Performs risk assessments by identifying risks and opportunities and developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Issues work permits for various activities and conducts Tool Box Meetings.
Ensures PPE is available for all employees and visitors and monitors stock levels.
Conducts horizontal deployment (Yokoten) to prevent the recurrence of incidents within the organization.
