Job Description: -
Manage the Group's accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead the monthly and year-end closing processes, including the review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and cash flow projections to support business decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
Coordinate audit activities and work closely with external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of statutory audits and financial statements.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities within the Group.
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties on accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit-related matters.
Undertake other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the manufacturing sector or a similar industry.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Able to work independently, manage priorities efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
