We are loooking for a Technical Delivery Manager in Tokyo, Japan

What is expected from you

• Master's degree in engineering / Bac + 5 (Engineer) with a business level of English that will allow you to integrate into an international team
• Business level Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• You are of dynamic temperament, with a good sense of communication and service.
• Knowledge of deployment automation (Ansible, Puppet) and monitoring tools, as well as Bash Shell (python and perl experience is a plus), and global understanding of the Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL stack components.
• A critical mind that will make it possible to make and propose continuous improvements to our architecture and our processes a plus.

What you'll do

After a period of training in our architecture, processes, and tools, you will be in charge of the projects to implement the Planisware solution in SaaS.

As part of the infrastructure and support team, you will intervene in the implementation phase to ensure the compliance of the service with customer needs and our security rules, then you will ensure the operational management of the solution and its evolution over time.

You will have the opportunity to participate in high-level projects while benefiting from the friendliness of a dynamic company.

* Project Manager for SaaS projects:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security procedures
• Stage and Gate owner, review of deliveries requirements from account management, infrastructure, SaaS and consulting team.
• Technical management for upgrades of our solutions.

* Change management duties:

• Testing and validation of Change management procedures
• Development and documentation of new procedures.

* SaaS Project deployment

• Responsible to setup and update the various Web server components for Authentication and authorization (single sign on, LDAP/AD integration)
• Ability to directly communicate with customers in Japanese is a plus
• Setup database encryption and backup
• Setup infrastructure related components to allow third party integration (sftp, vpn tunnel.)
• Ability to directly communicate with customers in Japanese is a plus

* SaaS Operations

• Assist Support team for infrastructure related issues.
• Analysis and moderation of incoming infrastructure requests.
• Period of second level On Duty during the weekend or Days Off

* Development Operations

• development and improvement of monitoring tool/solutions to support our SaaS operation
• Automation of software/configuration deployments (initial setup, updates, and upgrades)
• Other ad-hoc activities not written above related to the position may be requested occasionally as, as a company, we encourage flexible mindset.

Others

Experience with Microsoft products, including Intune and Azure operations is a plus.
