Senior Project Manager - 1 year contract

Skills and Experience (Essential): 

10+ years in IT project management; proven delivery of large or multi-region programs. 

Technical fluency across app architectures, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud/SaaS. 

Hands-on application support: operations, incident/problem management, user support, SLAs. 

Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance. 

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans. 

Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience. 

Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting. 

Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls. 

ITプロジェクトマネジメント10年以上（大規模／多地域プログラムのデリバリー実績）。 

アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、連携、DB、API、クラウド／SaaSの技術的理解。 

運用・インシデント／問題管理・ユーザーサポート・SLA管理の実務経験。 

ベンダー／オフショア調整（要件、デリバリー、品質保証）の経験。 

業務要件を技術仕様と実行計画へ落とし込む能力。 

日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル、異文化協働の経験。 

経営層／エンドユーザーを含むステークホルダー管理と明確な報告力。 

企業ガバナンス枠組みと情報セキュリティ管理策に沿った実務経験 

Skills and Experience (Desirable): 

Corporate real estate/facilities domain knowledge; familiarity with related SaaS and processes. 

Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master). 

Experience in multinational or APAC regional teams. 

Financial services or financial institutions experience. 

コーポレートリアルエステート／ファシリティ領域の知見（関連SaaSや業務プロセス）。 

プロジェクトマネジメント資格（PMP、PRINCE2、Scrum Master）。 

多国籍環境またはAPACチームでの業務経験。 

金融業界または金融機関の業務経験。
