Senior Project Manager

Job/Group Overview: The Corporate Real Estate Technology (CRES IT) team is a global function across Japan, India, the UK, and the US. We partner with XXXXXXX’s Corporate Real Estate organization, delivering a blend of in house solutions and SaaS to enable the business. We seek a Senior Project Manager in Tokyo as the CRES IT APAC Lead. You will anchor delivery and support for APAC (including Japan), combining project management, application support, and offshore/vendor coordination. You will work with Japan and global stakeholders to plan and deliver regional and firmwide initiatives.

東京拠点でCRES IT APAC Leadを担うシニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。APAC（日本含 め）のデリバリーとサポートの中核として、プロジェクト管理、アプリケーションサポート、オフショア ／ベンダー調整を兼務。グローバルの関係者と連携し、日本および全社的な取り組みを推進します。

Skills and Experience (Essential):

• ears in IT project management; proven delivery of large or multi-region programs. 
• Technical fluency across app architectures, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud/SaaS. 
• Hands-on application support: operations, incident/problem management, user support, SLAs. 
• Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans. 
• Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience. 
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting. 
• Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls.
• IT プロジェクトマネジメント10年以上（大規模／多地域プログラムのデリバリー実績）。 
• アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、連携、DB、API、クラウド／SaaSの技術的理解。 
• 運用・インシデント／問題管理・ユーザーサポート・SLA管理の実務経験。 
• ベンダー／オフショア調整（要件、デリバリー、品質保証）の経験。 
• 業務要件を技術仕様と実行計画へ落とし込む能力。 
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル、異文化協働の経験。 
• 経営層／エンドユーザーを含むステークホルダー管理と明確な報告力。 
• 企業ガバナンス枠組みと情報セキュリティ管理策に沿った実務経験 

Skills and Experience (Desirable): - 

• Corporate real estate/facilities domain knowledge; familiarity with related SaaS and processes. 
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master). 
• Experience in multinational or APAC regional teams. 
• Financial services or financial institutions experience.

• 多国籍環境またはAPACチームでの業務経験。
