About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Global Full-Stack Engineer to join us as we take our proprietary SaaS product, AI Monitoring, into international markets.

You will work on the core components of the product, including:

• Infrastructure for collecting and analyzing generative AI usage logs
• Visualization dashboards
• Security detection features
• Integrations with major generative AI services

This is an opportunity to work across both frontend and backend development while collaborating with product managers, designers, and cybersecurity specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the backend and frontend of AI Monitoring, primarily using Go, Python, and TypeScript
• Build infrastructure for collecting and analyzing generative AI usage logs
• Develop visualization dashboards
• Develop security features such as prompt detection and anomaly detection
• Integrate with generative AI services such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini
• Design and improve APIs, databases, and overall system architecture
• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Conduct code reviews and improve software quality
• Improve development processes and engineering practices within the team
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cybersecurity specialists to develop and continuously improve the product

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing web applications using at least one of the following:
  • Go
  • Python
  • TypeScript
• Experience managing source code and conducting code reviews in a team environment using Git/GitHub
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications in a cloud environment such as AWS
• Business-level English proficiency, sufficient for communication and collaboration with international customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or operating applications utilizing Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience developing products involving data platforms, log analysis, or data visualization
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including threat detection, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
• Experience designing GraphQL, gRPC, or JSON-RPC APIs
• Experience with database design
• Experience designing, building, and operating systems on AWS, including Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch
• Experience developing products in a small-team or early-stage/startup environment
