SAP Developer / SAP Project Support (S/4HANA & Fiori)

Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA for overseas sales companies, supporting global rollout and standardization. The role involves collaborating with overseas locations in English and working across a broad range of areas, including Fiori/Launchpad, SAP authorizations, APIs, and emerging technologies.

• Operation, maintenance, and improvement of SAP S/4HANA for overseas sales companies
• Support for global rollout and standardization
• Coordination and communication in English with overseas offices
• Investigation, improvement, and development of Fiori applications / Launchpad
• Authorization management related to S/4HANA / Fiori / APIs
• Evaluation and implementation of new technologies such as BTP, AI, and MDM
• Support for requirements definition
• Basic and detailed design

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in Fiori development and improvement
• Experience in the design, development, and operation of SAP authorizations (roles and profiles)
• Practical experience with, or knowledge of and interest in, new technologies such as BTP
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (including experience coordinating and negotiating with overseas offices)
   

Preferred Skill & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, R/3, etc.), regardless of module
• Willingness to proactively learn, build knowledge, and grow over the long term
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with others to ensure smooth project execution
