### 業務内容

社内の重要なITインフラの安定運用と継続的な改善を担います。

主な業務は以下の通りです。

- エンタープライズネットワークおよび無線LAN環境の運用・改善
- クラウドサービスおよびSaaSプラットフォームの管理
- WindowsおよびLinux環境の運用
- インフラ監視およびパフォーマンス最適化
- セキュリティおよび入退室管理システムのサポート
- ベンダーおよび外部パートナーとの連携
- 技術文書の作成・管理

Join a US Headquartered Innovation Company

We're hiring for a US-headquartered organisation with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. They provide technology-enabled environments where startups, researchers, investors, corporations, and entrepreneurs collaborate, develop new ideas, and build innovative businesses.

As their Japan operation continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support a broad range of business-critical technology platforms.

This is not a narrow networking role.

While strong networking expertise, particularly around enterprise wireless environments, remains important, this position offers exposure across infrastructure, cloud services, systems administration, security, IT operations, and global technology projects.

You may currently be working as an Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or IT Operations Engineer.

We're interested in people who enjoy working across multiple technology areas rather than focusing solely on one discipline.

You'll likely bring:

- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong networking knowledge with exposure to wireless technologies
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience supporting business-critical services
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
- A collaborative and customer-focused mindset

Experience with network security, access control technologies, or working within global organisations would be beneficial.
