Job Title: Regional Medical Affairs Specialist
About Us:
The company is a global healthcare organization at the forefront of advancing neuroscience and improving patient outcomes across Asia.
They are seeking an experienced Medical Affairs professional to lead regional scientific initiatives within the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area. This role offers the opportunity to shape medical strategy, collaborate with international stakeholders, engage renowned clinical experts, and support innovative evidence-generation programs across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional medical strategy and scientific initiatives across Asia
Build and maintain relationships with leading healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
Support evidence-generation activities, including real-world research and medical insights programs
Lead scientific exchange through advisory boards, educational initiatives, and medical meetings
Partner closely with regional and global cross-functional teams to ensure strong scientific alignment
Contribute to the development and review of scientific materials and educational content
Represent the medical organization at relevant scientific forums and industry events
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Experience within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience interacting with healthcare professionals and external experts
Ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, and cross-functional teams
Exposure to neuroscience or CNS-related therapeutic areas will be highly advantageous
