Company Overview

A company in the telecommunications and IT infrastructure industry is hiring for a System Engineer position.

Location: Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park.

Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.

• Manage IT infrastructure projects from solution planning through implementation.

• Select suitable IT equipment based on proposed solutions, then install and configure equipment onsite.

• Provide regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and onsite technical support to ensure stable IT infrastructure operations.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues onsite.

• Operate and manage the server room, including asset management and related operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including PCs, systems, networks, and servers.

• At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles.

• Hands-on experience configuring PCs, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar cloud services.

• Good English communication skills.

• Team-oriented and flexible mindset.

• Ability to comply with company security policies, internal rules, and operational standards.

• Understanding of Japanese business manners is preferred.
