主な業務内容：

• 工事、設備の据付、試運転および稼働後の運用を含む、現場業務全般の日常管理に責任を持ち、工程、予算および仕様に沿ってプロジェクトを推進する。
• 現場の各チームを統括・指導し、高い業務品質と作業効率を確保するとともに、発生した課題を速やかに解決し、プロジェクトを計画どおりに進行させる。
• 資材および機器の調達、配分、使用状況を管理し、各種資源を効率的に活用することで、工程上の重要な節目を遅滞なく達成する。
• 技術者、工事請負業者、機器・資材の供給業者その他の関係者間における円滑な情報共有と連携を促進し、工事を滞りなく進めるとともに、問題の早期解決を図る。
• 定期的に安全点検およびリスク評価を実施し、潜在的な問題に速やかに対処するとともに、安全関係法令および業界基準の遵守を徹底する。
• 工事の進捗、資材の使用状況、作業員の出勤状況など、日々の現場業務に関する記録を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、経営層に対して定期的に進捗報告書を作成・提出する。
• 施工図面、試験報告書、検収関係書類を含むプロジェクト関連文書を適切に管理し、将来の参照に備えて整理・保管する。

Key responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for the daily management of all site activities, including construction, installation, commissioning, and operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Lead and guide on-site teams, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency, and resolving any challenges that arise to keep the project on track.
• Manage the procurement, allocation, and utilization of materials and equipment, ensuring resources are used efficiently and project milestones are met without delays.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, addressing potential issues promptly and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily site activities, including construction progress, material usage, and workforce attendance. Prepare and submit regular status reports to senior management.
• Ensure that all project documentation, including construction drawings, test reports, and acceptance documents, is properly maintained and archived for future reference.

応募資格・必要な能力：

• コンピューター科学、ソフトウェア工学、電気工学または関連分野の学士号を有すること。
• データセンターまたは大規模インフラプロジェクトにおける3年以上の現場管理経験。
• 複数の施工チームを統括できる、高いプロジェクト管理能力およびリーダーシップ。
• 電気設備、空調設備、配線・配管工事およびクラウド基盤用クラスター機器の設置に関する知識または実務経験。
• 社内外のさまざまな関係者と連携できる、優れたコミュニケーション能力および調整力。
• 細部まで注意を払えることに加え、課題解決力およびプレッシャーのかかる状況に適切に対処できる能力を有すること。

歓迎する資格：

• PMP（プロジェクトマネジメント・プロフェッショナル）または同等のプロジェクト管理資格。
• Uptime InstituteのTier認証に関する資格、またはその他のデータセンター関連資格。

語学要件：

• 日本語が堪能であること（必須）。
• 英語または中国語での業務対応が可能であれば尚可。

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical, or related field.
• At least 3 years of site management experience in data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple construction teams.
• Familiarity with electrical, HVAC, cabling, and cloud cluster equipment installation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with the ability to solve problems and manage stress effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification.
• Uptime Tier certification, or other relevant data center certifications.

LanguageRequirements:

• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is highly desirable.
