Manage material receipt, Kanban systems, inventory, spare parts, and warehouse operations.  

Oversee inventory control of raw materials, child parts, sub-assemblies, finished goods, and transit stock. 

Optimize warehouse space utilization and drive storage improvement initiatives. 

Ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity monitoring, and smooth process flow. 

Utilize SAP/ERP systems for inventory and material management activities. 

Promote safety standards and drive 5S implementation across operations. 

Monitor operational targets, conduct reviews, and ensure timely execution of action plans. 

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation in compliance with IATF requirements. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address defective materials and implement corrective actions. 

Manage logistics assets including trucks, forklifts, trolleys, and bins. 

Monitor material movement and support JIT (Just-In-Time) implementation. 

Conduct team training, skill development, and DOJO activities. 

Ensure effective communication between management and operational teams. 

Prepare annual budgets and support cost optimization initiatives.
