・Commercial leasing experience
・Knowledge and Strong Connection of the Bangalore real estate market (Knowledge of the South India market is an advantage)
・Corporate sales experience
・Good English communication skills
・Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Job Description
・Research office, commercial, factory, and warehouse properties
・Collect and organize property information
・Keep the inventory updated
・Build relationships with owners and brokers
・Support property proposals for corporate clients
・Support property viewings and the leasing process
