We are looking for a Chief Accounting, key member to support the new factory operations. 

Working in Vsip3 Industrial Park – Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Vendor / External Coordination:

• Handle issues and inquiries related to supplier invoices.

• Coordinate annual balance confirmations with suppliers and send TDS certificates as required.

• Work with UJA on documentation related to TPA investigation matters.

2. Payment & Finance Operations:

• Manage overseas remittances and outbound payments in coordination with the direct supervisor.

3. HQ / Parent Company Coordination:

• Respond to ad hoc inquiries from headquarters.

• Handle accounting-related inquiries from the Japanese parent company, including questions regarding financial closing results.

4. Manufacturing Support:

• Support cost accounting, cost control, and inventory management activities in a manufacturing environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Accounting-related qualification or certification required.

Experience:

• Experience working for a Japanese company, with at least 5 years of factory accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• Understanding of standard costing in a manufacturing/factory environment.

Language: English with strong communication ability. (OR Japanese at N3–N2 level is plus)
