Company Overview 

Our client are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and capable of driving financial excellence while supporting business growth and operational decision-making. Position is located at Pasir Gudang, Johor. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide timely financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

• Manage full sets of accounts, including financial statement preparation and tax reporting.

• Handle accounting, audit, and tax matters, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Develop and strengthen financial controls within manufacturing operations, including inventory and scrap management.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Job Requirements 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Independent, result-oriented, and detail-conscious with a strong sense of accountability.
