Our client is a globally recognized Japanese manufacturer of food processing machinery with a strong presence across Europe. The company provides innovative production solutions to bakeries and food manufacturers worldwide and continues to expand its service network throughout Europe.

To support business growth in Western Germany and neighboring countries, our client is seeking a Service Technician / Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to join their Düsseldorf team.

• Installation and commissioning of food processing machinery at customer sites

• Preventive maintenance, inspection and servicing of equipment

• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems

• Technical support and customer consultation both on-site and remotely

• Spare parts management and coordination

• Inventory control and order processing for spare parts

• Preparation of service reports and technical documentation

• Close cooperation with internal sales and service teams

• Regular travel throughout Germany and neighboring European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

• Completed technical training in Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Field Service Engineer or similar role

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and commissioning of industrial equipment

• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge

• Strong customer-oriented mindset and communication skills

• Independent and structured working style

• Willingness to travel frequently

• Valid driver's license (Class B)

• Good German language skills

• English skills are advantageous
