Software Engineer

You will be responsible for a series of engineering tasks, from design, implementation, testing, and delivery, in the development of global and domestic enterprise systems and applications.

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and applications.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-border engineering teams, product managers, and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting peer code reviews to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, software bugs, and performance bottlenecks across development and production environments.

応募資格 / Requirements

【必須要件 / Must】

• Development Experience: 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages: Java, Python, or Go (GoLang).
• Language Skills:
  • Japanese: Native or Near-Native level (capable of smooth business communication and collaboration with local stakeholders).
  • English: Business level (capable of participating in technical discussions with global teams, reading/writing documentation, and handling slack/emails / TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).

【歓迎要件 / Preferred】

• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
• Knowledge of database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).

• 想定年収 (Target Salary):〜 1,400万円 / Up to 14,000,000 JPY
