■業務内容
・複数の導入プロジェクト／提案案件の統括と、デリバリー品質の担保
・顧客キーパーソン（情報システム部門／業務部門／経営層）との合意形成、および関係構築のオーナーシップ
・業務データ・業務パッケージ（オンプレミス・クラウド）を対象とした、移行・整流化・統制方針の上流設計と、その意思決定の主導
・RFI／RFP提案全体の統括、提案戦略の策定
・製品導入チーム（開発・データ技術者）と顧客の橋渡しの統括、要件・仕様の翻訳品質の担保
・日本市場向けの導入アプローチ・方法論の型化、およびプロジェクトを通じた再現性ある実践知の蓄積
・既存案件のデリバリー支援に加え、新規案件や追加フェーズに向けた提案活動・プリセールス支援
・チーム／メンバーの育成・アサインメント

■About the Company
A global consulting firm with a presence in over 50 countries, supporting major Japanese enterprises in implementing and embedding global-standard data migration and data governance solutions.

■Background
As Japanese enterprises accelerate core system renewal driven by SAP S/4HANA migration, challenges such as fragmented data, inconsistent quality and absent governance have become major barriers to digital transformation. The firm is well established overseas and is now in a full-scale expansion phase in Japan. This role carries responsibility for driving the growth of the Enterprise Data Practice in Japan itself, with a significant degree of autonomy.

■Why This Role
・You will define how this works in the Japanese market. Rather than following existing methodology, you will design an implementation approach suited to Japanese business practices and organisational structures, and embed it as reusable institutional knowledge
・Scope spans oversight of multiple projects, proposal strategy, and mentoring and staffing of team members — covering both delivery and business development
・Engage with executive leadership at major Japanese enterprises, backed by globally proven expertise and track record

■Responsibilities
・Lead and oversee multiple implementation projects and proposal engagements, ensuring delivery quality
・Own stakeholder management and consensus building with key client personnel, including IT departments, business units and executive leadership
・Lead the upstream design and decision-making process for migration, data harmonisation and governance strategies involving business data and enterprise applications (on-premises and cloud)
・Oversee RFI/RFP responses and develop proposal strategies
・Manage communication between implementation teams and clients, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications
・Develop standardised implementation approaches and methodologies tailored to the Japanese market, capturing reusable knowledge and best practices
・Support ongoing delivery as well as pre-sales and proposal activities for new opportunities and subsequent phases
・Mentor team members and support resource allocation and staffing

【必須】
1. 日本語ネイティブ／N1レベル。加えて日本語による職務経歴書のご提出が可能であること（ドキュメンテーション能力を確認するため）
2. 10年程度以上の、業務データおよび業務パッケージ（オンプレミス・クラウド）を含むシステムアーキテクチャの設計経験
3. 5年程度以上の、コンサルタントとして顧客向け資料（提案・報告・意思決定資料等）を作成した経験
4. RFI／RFPに対する提案資料の作成をリードした経験
5. 以下いずれかのアソシエイト／プロフェッショナル級資格の保有、または同等の実務経験
　・SnowPro Core (COF-C03)
　・SnowPro Advanced: Architect ／ SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer (DEA-C02)
　・Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate ／ Professional
　・AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate
　・AWS Certified Database – Specialty (DBS-C01)
　・Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)

・PM／PMOとして、複数チーム・大規模プロジェクトを推進した経験

【Required】
1. Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent. A Japanese-language resume is required and will be used to assess documentation and written communication skills.
2. Approx. 10+ years of experience designing system architectures involving business data and enterprise applications, both on-premises and cloud-based
3. Approx. 5+ years of consulting experience, including preparation of client-facing materials such as proposals, reports and executive decision-making presentations
4. Proven experience leading the development of RFI/RFP response proposals
5. One of the following associate- or professional-level certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience:
　・SnowPro Core (COF-C03)
　・SnowPro Advanced: Architect / SnowPro Advanced: Data Engineer (DEA-C02)
　・Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate / Professional
　・AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate
　・AWS Certified Database – Specialty (DBS-C01)
　・Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)

【Preferred】
・Experience as a PM or PMO leading multiple teams and large-scale projects
・Business-level English, particularly collaborating with global product teams and overseas offices
・Experience with SAP-related projects (S/4HANA migration, SAP ECC)
・Experience launching new services or practices, or establishing standardised methodologies
・Submission of a confidentiality-compliant portfolio of previous deliverables
