Job Responsibilities
A customer-focused, international freight forwarder is wanted to manage the small Kobe-based team of a respected international OOG, RoRo and used machinery logistics company.
The role will suit a junior manager or an experienced operator looking to get progress into a management role with Established Japanese entity already operational with stable and growing client base Long-established and forward thinking Australian-owned business with open management style.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years international freight forwarding experience, with a good understanding forwarding fundamentals, preferably within the RoRo / OOG / Project space.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as is a desire to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience with carrier negotiation, claims management, Cargowise software, ISO quality management and vendor evaluation and selection would be beneficial but not essential.
