A global manufacturing company is looking for a Sr. Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead procurement analysis, vendor management, KPI tracking, and cost optimisation initiatives across regional categories. This is a hybrid role.

A global company manufacturing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes the development and production of advanced climate control technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse spend data to identify inflation, deflation, and cost-saving opportunities by category and parts level
• Manage procurement project status with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with Asia category teams to update KPIs such as dual sourcing and payment terms
• Prepare management presentations and provide accurate project progress updates
• Develop procurement processes, standards, RFPs, negotiation plans, and cost control initiatives
• Lead vendor selection, qualification, bid packages, and issue resolution to support business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of SC experience in manufacturing industry
• 5-8 years of professional experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent project management skills
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
