A multinational supply chain and procurement solutions company is seeking a Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will formulate business plans and budgets, conduct financial analysis and forecasting, identify business challenges, and drive improvement initiatives in partnership with management.

A supply chain solutions company that provides raw material procurement and supply-demand forecasting services for a major restaurant network in Japan. The organisation supports procurement activities through forecasting and supplier management across domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate medium-term business plans and annual budgets
• Manage budget-to-actual performance and support management decision-making based on KPIs and financial figures
• Conduct monthly budget-to-actual analysis and quarterly forecasting
• Identify management, financial, and business issues
• Plan and promote specific improvement measures
• Manage team members
• Partner with business divisions and management to support sustainable business growth and development

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or business planning
• Experience in a management or supervisory position
• Knowledge and experience with accounting standards including IFRS and J/USGAAP
• Accounting knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2
• Advanced practical experience in finance and management accounting
• Experience in PL and KPI management
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; intermediate level English (TOEIC 730+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Industry experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation
• Possess a valid MBA or CPA qualification
