Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end Fiber Optic (FO) deployment projects executed by third-party contractors. 

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deployment targets. 

• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, quality, and timelines. 

• Track project KPIs and deployment performance metrics. 

• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and deployment partners. 

• Support coordination with customers, building management, local authorities, and external partners. 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. 

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.

•     Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.

•     Experience in supervising OSP deployment projects is highly preferred.

•     Strong understanding of Fiber Optic (FO) network deployment and OSP infrastructure.

•     Experience working with Field Maintenance (FM) or Project Execution (PE) teams.

•     Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools.

•     Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
