Company Overview A company in the software development industry is hiring for a Project Manager (PjM) / Senior BrSE position. The role leads projects for the Japanese market, bridging teams in Japan and Vietnam while supporting successful project delivery and team growth.

Job Description - Manage development, operation, and maintenance projects for the Japanese market. - Own project planning, estimation, schedule, quality, requirements, profitability, and risk management. - Communicate with Product Managers and clients, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and prepare specifications. - Lead project members, coordinate offshore engineering teams, and manage resources.

- Improve processes and frameworks to strengthen team performance.

Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a BrSE or Project Manager in development projects. - Experience in requirement definition, basic design, specification documents, and acceptance testing. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development. - Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Japanese: N1 equivalent speaking and listening proficiency. - English: Good communication skills. - Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous learning mindset.
