Company and Job Overview

We are a global healthcare project management organization seeking Pharmacist Project Managers in Vietnam. The role focuses on establishing credibility and communication standards to ensure successful delivery of healthcare projects. You will manage projects on the ground, liaise with local authorities (Ministries of Health), and ensure compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare projects at the national level.

• Act as the primary liaison with Ministries of Health and other regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.

• Establish and maintain communication standards, SOPs, and scientific credibility for project documentation.

• Collect, analyze, and visualize project data using tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, Power BI; predictive analytics is a plus.

• Prepare dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support scientific publications and ensure accuracy in technical content.

• Ensure compliance with GxP standards, data privacy, and risk management protocols.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, prepare presentations, and manage multi-party coordination.

Job Requirements

• Education: Pharmacist graduate with ideally 7+ years of experience in the pharmacy or healthcare field.

• Language: Fluent in English and local language(s).

• Location: Work from home (Hanoi), occasional travel for meetings.

• Technical Skills:

• High computer literacy: Excel (advanced), Tableau, Power BI, presentation skills.

• Knowledge of predictive analytics; experience with AI and Python is a strong plus.

• Scientific Background: Published scientific papers are a big advantage.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
