Responsibilities

• Install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose equipment faults and perform repair or replacement of defective components.

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to customers.

• Ensure machine reliability and minimize equipment downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Maintain and manage spare parts inventory to support machine maintenance requirements.

• Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

• Supervise external technicians and subcontractors when required.

• Prepare maintenance reports and document service activities accurately.

• Support engineering and production teams on technical issues and improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Diploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Experience in machine maintenance, equipment servicing, troubleshooting, or industrial machinery support.

• Experience in manufacturing, automation, machinery, or equipment maintenance environments is preferred.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.

• Hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance.

• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and implement effective corrective actions.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and machine operation.

• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused with good communication skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

• Committed to continuous learning and technical development.
