Description

• Lead backend development projects from planning and requirements definition through deployment
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define solutions and priorities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and batch processing systems
• Drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Produce technical specifications, system design documentation, and implementation plans
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical growth within the organization
• Lead technical discussions and present proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Improve development processes, delivery efficiency, and system reliability
