About the Role

As a Network Administrator, you will help operate and maintain the network infrastructure that keeps the theme park connected.

You'll work alongside experienced Network Engineers and gain practical experience across network operations, troubleshooting, Wi-Fi infrastructure, data center support, and technical documentation.

The technology you support plays an important role in both the guest experience and the day-to-day operations of Crew Members.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career who wants to develop practical networking skills in a large-scale, international environment.

Salary
3.6 Million ~ 4.8 Million JPY

What You'll Do

Network Operations & Support

• Support the operation and maintenance of network devices and data center infrastructure
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues
• Respond to network alerts and assist with incident resolution
• Help restore connectivity within established service-level targets
• Assist Network Engineers with day-to-day operations and infrastructure projects

User Support

• Communicate with users, primarily in Japanese, to understand and troubleshoot network issues
• Respond to network-related inquiries by email
• Support users connecting devices to the corporate network and ensure network standards are followed

Wi-Fi & Infrastructure

• Conduct spot and comprehensive Wi-Fi surveys to help maintain reliable coverage throughout the park
• Support network infrastructure checks and maintenance
• Participate in scheduled night work when maintenance cannot be performed during park operating hours

Documentation

• Create and update network knowledge-base documentation
• Maintain accurate network equipment and inventory records
• Document troubleshooting procedures and operational information

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Japanese = Native Level
• English = Basic
• Drive to have a career in the IT Industry as a Network Engineer
• Work Experience = Entry Level
• Willing to work in an International Environment
• Background knowledge on Networking or Network Infrastructure

【Nice to Have】

• Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification or having equivalent
• Having background knowledge in any IT Field
