Project Manager

One of my client, a leading Services Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a Software Development Lifecycle environment and exhibit exceptional proficiency in Japanese.

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and will play a critical role in managing relationships, expectations, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and effectively addressing concerns and feedback.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Evaluate project outcomes, reporting on successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in project management within a consulting environment.
• Strong experience in Application developmet and wellversed with Software Development lifecycle.
• High fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
