Junior Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join the Business Analysis team.  The role will support the development of a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, alongside building both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

This position offers high visibility with senior stakeholders, early responsibility in project delivery, and the opportunity to contribute to both local and international projects within a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate can either be a fresh graduate with no prior experience or a Business Analyst with 1-3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects and timelines to meet internal and client deadlines
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and analysts to interpret data and develop recommendations
• Analyse data from multiple sources using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Identify trends, gaps, and areas for further investigation
• Build and maintain Excel-based data models and databases
• Produce high-quality client deliverables (PowerPoint presentations)
• Support team members to ensure delivery and continuous improvement across projects

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Economics or STEM field (numerically focused)
• 0.5–3 years’ experience in an analytical / BA-type role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
