We are seeking an experienced Accounting, Tax & Finance Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and journal entries.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.

• Manage all tax compliance activities, including preparation and submission of tax returns.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and payments.

• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors when required.

• Keep updated on tax regulations and assess their impact on the business.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and internal controls.

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

• Support internal and external audit activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax, including managerial or supervisory experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Financial Statements Preparation

  • Financial Reporting

  • General Ledger and Journal Entries

  • Tax Compliance and Tax Reporting

• Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Brevet A & B, or other relevant professional certifications is required 

• Experience handling external audits and tax audits.

• Experience in managing a finance team.
