They are a leading global  manufacturer and distributor of standard components of Factory
Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold products.

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and recommend product/application solutions to customers.

• Assist the Sales team in responding to customers' technical questions and requirements.

• Visit customers together with Sales representatives when technical discussions are needed.

• Investigate and manage customer product complaints and claims.

• Coordinate with regional headquarters on technical certifications and documentation.

• Organize and conduct technical seminars for existing and potential customers.

• Prepare technical presentations and materials for seminars, exhibitions, and customer events.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Precision / Industrial Engineering

• At least 3+ years of technical support or technical sales experience

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in similar B2B industry, field application/design
  experience is preferred

• Candidates must have Control systems Experience & Mechanical Design & Automation

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Access skill is preferred

• Possess own car for local travelling
