Company Overview 

Our client is an established provider of construction and building material solutions, serving developers, consultants, contractors, and industrial customers across Malaysia. Currently they are looking for Sales Manager to be based in their office in Johor Bahru. 

Job Responsibilities

•  Promote and specify products to developers, quantity surveyors, engineers, architects, and contractors.

•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

•  Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

•  Provide technical support and solutions to clients throughout project execution.

•  Gather market intelligence and monitor industry trends.

•  Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

•  Travel within Malaysia when required.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering, or related field.

•  Experience in construction materials, building products, or project sales is preferred.

•  Ability to read and understand construction/architectural drawings.

•  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•  Self-motivated and able to work independently.
