Job Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines. 

• Resource & Budget Management: Estimate costs, negotiate budgets, and ensure optimal procurement of raw materials and supplies.

• Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control standards to minimize defects and customer complaints.

• Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine servicing and emergency repairs to prevent equipment downtime.

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate production staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and workplace protocols.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in relevant fields

• Min 7-10 years in production management

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and supply chain logistics.

• Ability to quickly troubleshoot production bottlenecks and equipment failures.
