PR/096135 | Site Development Manager

The Head of Expansion & New Restaurant Development will lead the expansion of a growing Beer House chain by driving site acquisition, restaurant development, operational setup, and business scalability. This role is responsible for building the systems, processes, and teams required to successfully launch and operate multiple locations while ensuring sustainable business growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute expansion strategies, including market analysis, site selection, and growth planning,

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure new restaurant locations

• Build business cases and investment models to support expansion decisions

• Manage end-to-end restaurant opening projects from lease signing through launch

• Oversee design, construction, fit-out, vendor management, and project execution

• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements

• Support the development of scalable kitchen operations, menu concepts, and supply chain systems

• Build and lead recruitment, training, and pre-opening teams

• Establish standardized SOPs, operating frameworks, and quality controls across the chain

• Monitor business performance and implement improvements to drive profitability and operational efficiency 

Requirements

• Having bachelor's degree

• Having 3-5 years of experience in site development, store expansion or related industries (Preferred experience in alcoholic beverage products)

• Proven experience in opening and launching new shop, store or hospitality venues

• Good understand of site development and business performance management

• Experience working with landlords, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Having good English communication skills is an advantage
