OVERVIEW

Location: Hanoi 
For a prominent foreign real estate developer 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct technical equipment inspections, prepare repair and renovation plans, estimate costs, and oversee implementation through completion and final acceptance.

• Evaluate maintenance budgets and technical cost estimates, ensuring projects are executed within approved timelines and budgets.

• Establish preventive maintenance and operational programs, while monitoring their effective execution.

• Track energy consumption and operational performance, identifying safe and cost-efficient improvement opportunities for project operations.

• Deliver training on technical systems, occupational health and safety, and fire protection, while providing technical support during major incidents and emergencies.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Fluent English is mandatory. 

• Bachelor's degree or certifications in related fields

• Severals years of experience as Chief Engineer 

• Proficient in MS Office
