■Purpose of the Role
The IT Technical Infrastructure Network Engineer supports the operation maintenance and continuous improvement
of the company's IT infrastructure. While primarily responsible for network operations and related projects the role also
contributes to IT technical support infrastructure administration endpoint management security and compliance
activities vendor coordination and project support. Leveraging hands on expertise in LAN WAN Wi Fi VPN SD WAN
and site connectivity this position strengthens the infrastructure team while supporting server and Microsoft 365
environments IT incident management end user technical support and security initiatives to ensure reliable and secure
IT services across the organization.

Reports to: Technical Infrastructure Manager

■Main Responsibilities
‐　Configure deploy operate and maintain infrastructure equipment systems and network environments.
‐　Provide Level 2 （L2） incident and problem support including technical investigation and troubleshooting.
‐　Support security and compliance activities including firmware upgrades patch management follow up and secure configuration practices.
‐　Manage IT assets and support asset lifecycle management processes.
‐　Coordinate with vendors service providers and Group IT stakeholders.
‐　Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
‐　Provide accurate and timely reporting on operational activities and projects.


■Expected Scope of the Position

This is a hands on technical role with a strong operational focus. The position is expected to:
‐　Take ownership of technical issues and drive them to resolution.
‐　Provide practical support for project execution.
‐　Maintain reliable network services across multiple sites.
‐　Contribute to the development of a more standardized secure and compliant infrastructure environment.

This position supports the Technical Infrastructure Manager through strong execution and practical technical expertise
rather than defining infrastructure strategy.
More than a monitoring or ticket processing role the position requires hands on technical investigation root cause
analysis configuration changes and infrastructure implementation to support the stability and continuous improvement
of IT services.

■主な職務内容
‐　インフラ機器、システム、ネットワーク環境の設定、導入、運用、保守。
‐　技術的な調査やトラブルシューティングを含む、レベル2（L2）のインシデントおよび問題対応のサポート。
‐　ファームウェアのアップグレード、パッチ管理のフォローアップ、セキュアな設定の実施など、セキュリティおよびコンプライアンス活動の支援。
‐　IT資産の管理および資産ライフサイクル管理プロセスの支援。
‐　ベンダー、サービスプロバイダー、およびグループITのステークホルダーとの調整。
‐　技術ドキュメントの整備および継続的な改善活動への貢献。
‐　運用業務やプロジェクトに関する正確かつタイムリーな報告。

■Experience
‐　Minimum 5 years of practical experience in network/systems infrastructure and IT technical support.
‐　Proven experience in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis （RCA）.
‐　Hands on experience in multi site infrastructure environments; retail experience is a plus.
‐　Experience in IT asset management and lifecycle management processes.
‐　Experience managing external vendors and telecommunications service providers.
‐　Experience participating in infrastructure projects and operational support activities.

■Technical Skills
‐　Knowledge of LAN WAN Wi Fi VPN routing switching firewall technologies and SD WAN.
‐　Cisco and Meraki solutions including monitoring configuration and troubleshooting.
‐　Windows Server Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
‐　Understanding of endpoint and mobility ecosystems; experience with Workspace ONE and Apple iOS is a plus.
‐　Infrastructure monitoring patch management coordination and asset lifecycle follow up.
‐　Practical use of PowerShell for basic administration tasks and operational automation.
‐　Understanding of backup disaster recovery and business continuity principles.
‐　Understanding of IT security fundamentals and infrastructure compliance requirements.
