スキル・資格
- 3 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally within HRBP or HR Generalist functions
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting employee lifecycle activities
- Knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, or organisational development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to utilise HR insights effectively
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Experience within technology, manufacturing, engineering, or multinational environments is advantageous
