Project Lead & Coordinator-PD Capital Logic & XC

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proficiency in Capital Logic tool
• Good Knowledge in wiring harness design & logic creation
• Experience in OEM Vehicle harness development mainly in Circuit Logic creation, Schematic design and Drawing creation
• Experience in circuit analysis & design calculations
• Will be able to Lead the team, giving guidance to the team, coordinating with different stakeholders for deliveries
• Understanding of OEM engine harness standards and nomenclature
• Good Understanding in Vehicle Architecture Design/ Network Topology
• Knowledge in Electrical components selection and finalization for Wiring Harness.
• Understanding of Automotive EDS development process, identification and selection of components
• Understanding of Harness Weight and Cost optimization
• Knowledge of other vehicle aggregates for interface / Integration
• Good understanding of Capital Logic Design Simulations of circuits.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
• Strong Planning, coordination and time management
• Experience working in Agile environment, organize meetings, events & deadlines
• Familiar with tools like Siemens Capital systems, Zuken E3 & PTC Creo Schematics
• Good understanding of design regulations and standards for Indian and international markets .
• Knowledge of Harness connectors, bundle diameter and wire cross section calculation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of key milestones in product development.
• Experience in Leading and Managing team guiding and mentoring members to achieve Project deliveries
 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering / mechanical or equivalent from reputed Institution / University
 

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Communication and Presentation Skills, Project Management
• Software – Capital Logic, Capital XC Team Centre and MS Office proficiency
 

EXPERIENCE BAND
10 to 12 years of experience in wiring harness design using Capital Harness system tool
