JAC Vietnam is supporting our client, a foreign real estate developer, in hiring a Legal Leader/Senior to strengthen their legal function and support key investment projects.
Location: Da Nang City
Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and handle all legal matters of the Company, including corporate legal affairs as well as legal aspects of investment, construction, and real estate development projects (with a focus on apartment construction projects for FDI enterprises).

• Provide legal support throughout project investment and construction stages to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm.

• Proven experience in corporate law and project-related legal work.

• Hands-on legal experience in real estate development and urban development projects.

• Good English skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to handle a wide range of legal matters.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, including overtime when required.

• Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset.

• Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
