PR/160905 | QUALITY ENGINEER (METAL COMPONENTS MANUFACTURING) – BASED IN GELANG PATAH, JOHOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards

• Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality

• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions

• Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone diagram

• Prepare and maintain quality documents such as control plans, inspection standards, PFMEA, and records

• Support new product development including PPAP and customer submissions

• Work with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.

• Preferably with at least 3 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in precision engineering or components manufacturing would be a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and knowledge quality tools (i.e. 8D, 5 Why, PFMEA etc.).
