Job Overview
Responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple M&E projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance.

• Prepare proposal for new enquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E project management.

• Experience in managing MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, data center, industrial or construction projects would be an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc.).

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
