Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers to understand technical requirements and gather market intelligence.

• Develop and fine-tune products to meet customer specifications and application needs.

• Prepare product samples for customer evaluation and qualification activities.

• Provide technical support and collaborate closely with customers to resolve product-related issues.

• Plan and execute product trials in preparation for mass production.

• Work closely with Manufacturing teams to ensure successful new product launches.

• Support product transfer activities from development to production.

• Participate in internal and external quality audits, including IATF 16949 requirements.

• Collaborate with regional R&D and cross-functional teams on product development initiatives.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates as required.

• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with experience in the semiconductor, electronics, chemical, or advanced materials industries will have an added advantage.

• Strong interest in research, product development, and technical problem-solving.

• Comfortable engaging with customers and conducting technical discussions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
