Job Descriptions

• Manage and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

• Manage Failure Analysis activities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits, external audits, and certification audits.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities using structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D.

• Drive continual improvement projects and activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Zero Defect (ZD), and Total Quality Management (TQM).

• Manage customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and corrective action processes.

• Lead and develop Quality team through coaching and performance management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Material science, or related field.

• Min 5 years of experience in a management position in Quality.

• Certified QMS Lead Auditor.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and
  implementation.

• Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
