• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and scalable microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex B2B2C or multi-tenant platforms with a focus on security, resilience, and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile development environments.
