≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

• Oversee development projects for Japanese customers from RFQ through mass production, managing revenue, procurement, and logistics across all functions

• Serve as a key link between Japanese customers and overseas offices, directly contributing to global business growth and revenue improvement

【Job Responsibilities】
The role entails coordinating customer development programs in Japan, fostering collaboration between internal teams and Japanese customers supporting the entire development and industrialization process starting from RFQ to serial production. Additionally, the position may involve other related tasks to ensure effective project execution according to the defined budget.
Oversee the revenue and cost impact of projects on Roechling Automotive Japan, customer payments, and intercompany transactions for cost and services.

• Supervise programs with customer development in Japan, ensuring that resources engaging with Japanese customers during project phases work in coordination with teams in development centers and regional teams.
• On regular base he is responsible to delivery the defined reports and KPIs
• Manages interdependencies and coordination among functions to effectively communicate project deliverables, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Supports the RFQ team, particularly during the review of RFQ documents and alignment.
• Upon request, facilitates coordination of oversee RA functions to ensure the required support and in case he is eligible for an escalation process
• Supports the preparation of customer presentations.
• Oversee the P&L impact of projects on Roechling Automotive Japan e.g. customer payments, and intercompany transactions for cost and services.
• Purchasing in automotive.
   - Working together with Asia Supply Chain, cost database creation and maintenance.
   - Supply chain and footprint expansion activities. Cost reduction activitities.
• Logistics in automotive
   - Working together with local planner, overseeing the daily tasks, and supporting where necessary.
   - Set-up new logisitcs schemes for new customers / new projects.

【Salary】
Annual Salary：10.4M JPY + 20％ bonus

• 10% Fixed bonus
• 10% Variable bonus (Based on Individual Performance and Company EBT Results)

【Required Qualifications】

• Degree in Engineering or the equivalent knowledge : Bachelor
• Project management: 3 years
• Automotive Experience: 10 years
• Intercultural: 5 years
• Supply Chain: 3 years
• Negotiation Skills
• Project Management Tools
• Understanding of the global markets 
• Plastic Material & Process Technology knowledge
• Microsoft Office Programs

【Preferred Qualification】

• Italian or German communication skill
